Effective March 2010, RMM life time President, Guvnor Chen has decreed a new set of rules regarding the controversial issue of designated penalty kickers.
The new rules will be based on a rotation system where the order of penalty takers will now start from oldest to youngest RMMers regardless of what stage or score of the game is at.
This is to ensure that everyone will get a fair shot at boosting their goal records.
However, to also be fair to regulars, those who do not turn up at the games where they are the designated kicker will automatically lose their slot and will be moved to the back of the line.
We will try our best to compile a list based on the age of RMMers in the next week weeks for reference.

Hahaha....I will gladly forfeit all my turns for penalty kicks, free kicks or corner kicks to anyone who can introduce to me the chic in goal.....
